FROELICH QUARTER HORSES

Any person attending this sale does so at his or her own risk. The terms of the sale are cash, and all settlements must be made at the close of the auction. The auctioneer has final sale call. All sales are final. All horses are the buyers property as soon as sold. Buyers must make arrangements for care of the horses at their own risk until delivery is taken

   BIDS

Persons unable to attend the sale may give bids by phone or mail to the ranch or auctioneer. All bids will be handled in strict confidence. Please make arrangements with the ranch before the day of the sale if you would like to phone bid. This will eliminate any confusion sale day. Also, if you are a new customer to Froelich Ranch, we ask for a letter of credit if you are bidding by phone.

REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER

All horses sell registered with the American Quarter Horse Association.
